1.At least 3 years of work experience in laboratory management of EMS industry
2.Master the layout of the involved technical field, decoration, environmental conditions, and be able to design and plan the working area according to the testing work to be carried out.
3.Master professional knowledge related to laboratory testing, familiar with relevant technical specifications, be able to select qualified testing equipment and methods to obtain accurate testing results.
4.Master metrology traceability, data processing, report review, and have conducted training related to skills or knowledge.
5.Familiar with photoelectric performance, environmental reliability, material analysis, surface analysis, failure analysis, and other testing work.
6.Familiar with the operation and daily maintenance of corresponding testing equipment, such as temperature and humidity chambers, section making, microscopes, RoHS, TGA, DSC, SEM, EDX, X-ray, etc.
7.Good at report preparation and presentation skills.
8.Familiar with product reliability testing industry standards, such as GR326/468/1221/1435/63...
9.Familiar with the management of monitoring and measuring equipment, with certificates preferred.
10.Proficient in basic quality tools such as SPC, MSA, Minitab, etc.
11.English can be used as a working language.
