- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and meet sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders (Mainly focus on B2B).
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience at least 5 years as a Sales Manager, preferably within the remittance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to stay competitive.
- Proficiency Google workspace and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a car.
