Personal Secretary

Responsibilities:
- Assist executives with daily tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and arranging travel.
- Prepare and manage important documents in English.
- Communicate with international clients and partners.
- Use spoken Chinese for basic communication and understanding to coordinate with partners or external contacts.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is a strong advantage.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Fluent in spoken Chinese
- Intermediate English skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (experience in secretarial or administrative roles is a plus).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
