Warehouse Management
• Analyze capacity and demand in order to support generate the highest productivity
• Presents, facilitates and leads assigned process improvement using methods of culture-appropriate team building, team energizing, data gathering and analysis, problem solving, project management.
• Develop and maintain all procedures related documentation (SOP, guidelines, process flow, etc.)
• Control and advice issue incident report when goods damage/ loss/ accident by root cause analysis/ corrective/ preventive actions
• Involve in Cost review, control operating cost and measures for cost reduction.
• Verify inventory stock data and correct all daily system error or human error
• Coordinate with others related section to make smoothly operation process
• Summary weekly & Monthly KPI report for reviewing by Section Manager
• To ensure that all staff under area’s control fully understands and follows the requirements of the company Health, Safety, Security , ISO and Environment policy.
People Management
• Plan and develop the employee competence, upgrade knowledge
• Supervise to all supervisors , monitoring and controlling to make sure all of them to achieve the target
Safety Awareness
• Apply safety awareness in the workplace at all times
• Perform all activities according to ISO 9001 ,14001,45001 policies and 5S activities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics or related field.
- Have experience for working in warehouse function 3-8 years
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience to manage people at least 30 people
- Familiar and have experience to work with SAP system
- Fair command of English both written and listening
- Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and positive thinking
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, power point.
- Willing to work at Ayutthaya province
