Production Manager

2.Over 5 years of relevant production management experience, experience in the automotive parts industry is preferred.

3.Familiar with production planning management, data statistics and analysis (including production quantity, efficiency, personnel training, and attendance management).

4.Proactive and initiative-driven, strong ability to work under pressure, excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with a good team spirit.

5.Clear logical thinking, skilled in data statistics, and proficient in office software.

6.Familiar with automotive management systems.

7.Bilingual in Chinese and Thai as the working language，English-Thai bilingual as the working language.

2. Responsible for team building and talent training within the workshop; creating a first-class 5S environment.

3. Lead and promote lean production, comprehensively enhance the team’s lean capabilities, increase production capacity, and eliminate waste in each process; ensure the achievement of value-added cost ratio and improve delivery capabilities.

4. Promote and improve the production management system, raise on-site management standards, and ensure that employees follow standard operating procedures.

5. Responsible for enhancing the team’s problem-solving capabilities; improving process quality management in mass production projects, and building a stable and efficient team.

6. Influence and create a positive, open, and transparent communication and cooperation environment both inside and outside the department, improving the team’s combat effectiveness and sense of belonging. Lead the team to deeply participate in various business activities of the company.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
