Position : Sales Executive (Show Room)
Location: Showroom Sukhumvit 53
Company Business: Manufacturer in furniture
Company size: 70
Basic salary : 30 - 40 K
Working Days: Monday – Friday : (9.00 – 18.00 ) Alternative Saturday (เสาร์เว้นเสาร์)
Time: 9.00 – 18.00
Responsibilities
• Presenting and selling products primarily in the showroom.
• Greet and establish rapport with customers.
• Identify customer needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Demonstrate products to showcase key features and benefits.
• Stay updated on product details, pricing, and promotions.
• Clearly explain product specifications and pricing.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Arrange and restock displays as needed.
• Monitor inventory and report stock shortages to management.
• Customer Service:
• Respond to inquiries and address concerns professionally.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up on orders.
• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Process transactions, create invoices, and maintain customer records.
• Prepare daily sales reports and keep transaction records accurate.
• Collaborate with the team to analyze customer trends and sales data
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in business or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (showroom experience preferred)
• Good in English in speaking (a must)
• Knowledge design or furniture products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able learn the job and solve problems independently
• Ability to present technical product details clearly
• Good presentation and personality and service mind
• Goal-oriented and organized.
• Able to travel if needed
