- Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, with a focus on Dim Sum
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong culinary skills, with a focus on Chinese cuisine
- Ability to prepare delicious and authentic Dim Sum dishes
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Good command of English or Chinese
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
