- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company’s strategic goals, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and quality assurance.
- Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reductions.
- Act as a key liaison between senior leadership and operational teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable quality management systems, such as ISO 13485.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the medical device industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading and managing teams in a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and quality assurance principles.
- Experience with lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP(Odoo) and other operational management software.
