• Drive best practice sharing within team and cross team.
• Prepare for backup system and manage workloads between team.
• Prepare Statement of Account (SOA) to Sales and Accounting Dept.
• Conduct thorough supplier evaluation to assess their ability to meet our requirement.
• Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
• Maintain strong relationship with existing company alliances including monitoring operation satisfaction to ensure service quality.
• Monitor shipment and provide clients or related parties with situation update and resolve any logistical issues or delays that may arise during transportation.
• Check/Analyze/Select rate from both Thailand & Oversea Freight Forwarder, Co-loader, Liner, Airline, Transporter, Customs Broker, State Agency and other alliances to ensure optimal cost while reaching requirement.
• Operate each shipment according to preparing shipping documents (Shipment Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Goods Declaration, Certificate of Origins, etc.), arranging all the process such as booking, trucks, customs clearance, pre-alert and complete shipment information into the system accurately and precisely.
• Performed miscellaneous duties which are work-related as assigned for example, joining exhibition, ISO, etc.

• 22-30 years old
• All gender are welcome
• Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Email Correspondence
• Proficiency in English, will be receiving special consideration.
• Experience in Customer Service in Logistics field, will be receiving special consideration.
• High responsibility, service-minded, proactive and interpersonal skills to liaise with all concerned parties
