This hybrid role involves managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and assisting with sales activities. The position is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and involves both remote and in-office work

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Care (80%)


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using appropriate tools and resources.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide detailed and accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain the database of all customer interactions and transactions in the customer service management system.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure cohesive and efficient customer service operations.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development activities.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction 

Sales (20%):

  • Identify potential leads and opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Convert leads into customers by providing compelling sales presentations and personalized follow-ups.
  • Support in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Attend field events such as study fairs.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs.

คุณสมบัติ
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; university students or fresh graduates may also be considered.
  • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with the Google environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Environment:
  • This position will be based in Bangkok.
  • The position is hybrid, involving both work from home and in-office presence 2 to 4 times a month.
  • A good internet connection is required for the home working setup.
  • Standard 8-hour workdays, with occasional adjustments to align with Finland shifts.
  • The Customer Care team members will work daily in collaboration with the Language, Education, Product, and Community teams.
