General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Carries out the technical delivery of the project, and assumes responsibility for the KPI achievement of the technical delivery of the project.
2. Independently optimizes GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G wireless networks. Provides guidance for other engineers.
Be familiar with the signaling flow of at least one 2/3/4/5G system. Independently optimize the wireless network, modify parameters, data analysis, and output network optimization reports, network rectification measures, and network adjustment solutions.
4. Track and solve major on-site network optimization technical problems.
Candidate Requirement:
1.Working Language English and Thai.
2.Have knowledge on Radio Technology for 2G,3G,4G and 5G.
3.Have knowledge on Radio parameter for 2G,3G,4G and 5G.
4.Working experience on ZTE product is preferred.
Fully familiar with prevalent telecom industry standards / specifications.
5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit, and adaptability.
6.Have a strong personal interest in developing self-professional competencies and skills.
