- Configure and set up machine operations for new production types and expand existing production lines to meet specified targets.
- Oversee and manage tasks required before mass production begins, ensuring all preparations are completed to standards.
- Follow and execute pre-determined orders and procedures from Japan without deviation, maintaining consistency and precision.
- Manage the evaluation process for expired materials to ensure production quality and standards are upheld.
- Prepare and configure machinery for assigned production types, ensuring operations run seamlessly.
- Generate routine reports on machine operation results, identify and analyze production issues, and implement corrective actions as required.
- Address assembly-related problems internally and escalate other technical issues, such as software or system errors, to relevant teams.
- Establish and update Operational Procedures or Corrective Action Protocols (OCAP) for operators and technicians to handle machine issues efficiently
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to strictly follow orders and procedures without the need for creative or independent decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Willingness to work extended hours as required.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing a clean suit (required for electronics manufacturing).
- Capable of thriving in a routine-driven, structured, and fixed-schedule work environment.
Work Environment:
- Fixed working hours with limited flexibility; readiness to work overtime on a regular basis is expected.
