- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development areas.
- Develop and implement technical training programs tailored to company requirements.
- Design training schedules, agendas, and course materials.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, both in groups and one-on-one.
- Evaluate employees' technical competencies and provide targeted development plans.
- Research and test systems to determine optimal training methods and system utilization requirements.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback collection and continuous improvement.
- Track and report training progress, attendance, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends by attending educational workshops and reviewing relevant publications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Education, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Microelectronics Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Trainer, Training Engineer, or similar role.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical skills and a passion for training are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of electronic or mechanical engineering principles.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); TOEIC score 550+ preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring is an advantage.
