- Oversee Reliability Testing: Manage and control reliability tests for assigned products, including planning test schedules, delegating tasks, and overseeing the workflow to ensure all tests are conducted accurately and efficiently.
- Laboratory Setup & Maintenance: Set up and organize laboratory environments, especially when new equipment or devices are introduced, ensuring all tools and instruments meet operational standards.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with requestors to clarify testing specifications and requirements, ensuring all reliability tests align with project and customer expectations.
- Develop Workflow & Work Standards: Create and document detailed workflows and work standards (WS) for reliability testing. Continually refine and optimize these processes to enhance productivity and maintain consistency.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline testing processes by adjusting workflows, reducing unnecessary steps, and implementing new tools or methodologies to facilitate smoother operations.
- Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Analyze issues encountered during testing. Identify the root causes and implement corrective actions in both operational procedures and team coordination to prevent future occurrences.
- Bachelor's Degree of Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or others related.
- Experience with laboratory setups, familiarity with reliability testing methodologies, and an understanding of workflow development is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor products, material properties, and electrical/electronic circuit fundamentals.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in reliability engineering and product testing will be given priority consideration.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication skills to discuss technical requirements, with a preferred TOEIC score of 600 or higher.
- Problem Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying, investigating, and resolving issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Calm, adaptable, and approachable, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Demonstrates strong decision-making skills when necessary and communicates well with colleagues across departments.
- Detail-Oriented & Decisive: Highly detail-oriented and thorough in analyzing problems and making decisions, while also able to take decisive action when required.
