• Advertise on a various marketing channels on a regular basis
• Respond to client’s inquiries from different channels: Website, Facebook, Line, Calls, Email etc.
• Arrange viewings, follow up with clients and generate sales and lease contracts.
• Create various reports on a regular basis (e.g., sales report)
• Managing the Coordinate with both external and internal customers to meet the needs of customers.
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor Degree in the related field
- Have working experience at least 3 years in the real estate sales and /or rentals.
- Social Media Knowledge and Experience in marketing – Facebook, Websites etc.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Computer skills and Good knowledge in Ms Office (Excel, Word)
- Team Player
- Independent, creative and self-learner
- Good Communication, Coordination and Negotiation
