As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our growing success.

Position Overview:

The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team in managing client relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between various departments. This individual will be responsible for handling day-to-day customer inquiries, managing documentation, and helping achieve sales targets in the plastic resin sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing and growing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Process customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and coordination with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and other related documentation for clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information on plastic resin offerings.
• Support the sales team with market research and identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and data analysis for management review.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Science, Pitrochemical, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in the plastic, chemical, or manufacturing industries and new graduate we're wellcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of plastic resins and materials (preferred but not required) preferably.
• Have driving license and have drive experience will be advantage.
• Able to work at Surasak Road (near BTS Surasak Station), Bangkok

Salary: Depend on qualifications and experience

Working Time: Monday - Friday (8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.)
