- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely sourcing.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality and cost.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gartering procurement requirements and align purchases with project timelines.
- Preparing procurement report, arrange meeting and taking meeting minutes.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procumbent procedure and legal regulations.
- Support Chinese management, branding and communications.
- Other adhoc assignments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement, oversea purchasing or other relate admin field.
- Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft office, Excel and Power point
