Sales Service Engineer (Solar Energy)

Sales Support:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to the product

Technical Expertise:
- Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to customers and the sales
- team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and product advancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues in a timely manner.
Post-Sales Support:
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of products/services.
- Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and address any
- ongoing issues.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products/services.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and
- technical support issues.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market
- trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
- Strong understanding of [industry-specific products/services].
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
