Accounting & Finance Manager (Indonesia), Siam Fibre Cement

- Oversee the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare for financial audit and coordinate the audit process.
- Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
- Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
- Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing accounting regulations, and recommending new procedures.
- Manage and control subordinates to make the accounting and financial operation smoothly.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
- Cooperate with HQ and group company for Financial and Accounting issues.
- Bachelor's degree at least in Accounting or any related field.
- At least 10 years of work experience in finance and accounting within any manufacturing industry.
- At least 2 years of management experience in a position such as Assistant Finance and Accounting Manager or higher within any manufacturing industry.
- Able to perform month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare all necessary documents independently.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance, and management.
- Experience in financial auditing and coordinating audit processes.
- Capable of overseeing financial statements, including budget reporting.
- Conversational-level English proficiency.
- Be able to work at Indonesia.
