Talent Development Officer, SCG Packaging
บริษัท ปูนซิเมนต์ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)- Implement talent assessment, summarize and analyze assessment result to define key talent and propose to calibration.
- Develop Key Talent and Successor through effective IDP and monitor gap closing by working closely with People Caring Business Partner.
- Collaborate with Learning Support & Learning Architect team to analyze functional and leadership competency gap for providing development solution program (Based on 70 20 10 Model) to align with organization strategy & direction.
- Bachelor degree in Political Science, Social Science or related with experienced in HRD is a must at least 2 years of working experience. (Required G.P.A. > 2.70).
- Good command of English (TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 31).
- Knowledge of HRD, HRM Process & System and Learning and Development.
- Have a skill of Logical & Conceptual thinking
- Good Communication and Facilitation Skill
