• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications using design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Develop interactive design elements and user flows that enhance user engagement and improve the overall experience.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate messages and ideas using visuals, graphics, and text.
• Use design principles to create visually compelling narratives and presentation materials that support the presentation objectives.
• Work closely with project managers, sales teams, system analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure a consistent look and feel across all products.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, team input, and testing results to continuously improve the user experience.
• **Bachelor’s degree** in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least **3 years of proven experience** as a UX/UI Designer in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma, Adobe Creative Suite,** or similar.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
