• Install, configure, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and modify assigned machines and necessary tools.
• Develop and implement improvements in tooling, cycle time, and other production-related requirements.
• Share expertise in handling, operating, and maintaining equipment, and provide training to new employees.
• Design simple, compound, and progressive stamping tools for manufacturing metal parts.
• Monitor and control the usage of essential and spare parts, adjusting minimum and maximum levels based on current and future production needs.
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of equipment and products within the production area.
• Collaborate with management and department heads to plan output, reduce rejects, and enhance production processes.
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance for stamping tools and machines.
• Actively participate in Quality Improvement Circles (AIC & COPAC) to drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure production schedules align with the Gantt chart to avoid delays or backlogs.
