• Supervise and manage the sourcing and ordering of MRO, Packaging, and BOM materials from both local and international sources.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of import and customs clearance procedures, including duty/tax structures and Incoterms.
• Expert in sourcing various types of Feedstock Oil, coordinating with petroleum and petrochemical refineries.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of oil pricing indexes and ocean freight markets.
• Manage CAPEX purchases, focusing on cost-effective vendor development, assessments, and improving existing vendor relationships.
• Negotiate procurement and service contracts to ensure favorable terms for the company.
• Oversee the timely processing of PR/PO, ensuring materials are delivered on schedule to meet internal customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of qualified subcontractors and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
• Prepare and manage various MIS reports and handle ISO, customer, and supplier audits.
• Lead and train team members to ensure smooth operations within the department.
• Meet and exceed stretch targets while maintaining high standards of work.
• Open to both male and female candidates, aged 30 - 40 years.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain, with preference given to candidates with experience in the petrochemical or refinery industry.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate to Angthong, Thailand.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, ISO standards, and supplier auditing processes is required.
