- Develop and issue work instructions and procedures to ensure smooth operations and quality.
- Raise awareness about safety and health regulations, provide regular training, and make sure everyone understands their responsibilities.
- Define process settings to ensure products meet specifications.
- Input, update, and optimize recipes in equipment, ensuring they are well-documented.
- Prepare process-related documents like reports, guidelines, work instructions, and specifications.
- Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency, stability, and overall performance.
- Implement efficient processes to achieve required output and product specifications.
- Ensure that production processes meet quality standards.
- Take corrective actions to reduce waste, improve stability, and increase production efficiency.
- Identify potential process risks and continuously work to improve them.
- Help with the industrialization of new products and processes according to plant and company requirements.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reports to track performance and progress.
5 years of experience in tire manufacturing.
At least 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role in the automotive or related industries.
Knowledge of project management.
Familiarity with product and process development practices.
Experience with problem-solving methods like FMEA, 5 Why, and A3.
International project experience is a plus.
Proficient in English.
