Sales Manager – Textile & Coating Industry

- Identify and approach potential customers, develop sales strategies, and establish long-term client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management, providing insights on sales performance and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and provide regular updates to the General Manager (GM).
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
Product Applications:
- Non-Woven Applications: WB acrylics used as chemical binders, including impregnation for car battery separators, felts, waddings (garments/sofas), and abrasives.
- Technical Textile Solutions: Bindings, finishing, flocking, impregnation, lamination, and printing for various industrial applications.
- Proven sales experience in the textile coating industry with a strong background in business development and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings across various provinces.
