QA Manager (Q1 Standrads)
บริษัท จัดหางาน เจมิไน เพอร์ซันเนล จำกัด- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet Q1 standards and customer requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with Q1, IATF 16949, and other relevant quality standards.
- Develop and execute quality control plans, ensuring product and process compliance at all stages of production.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, implementing corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead problem-solving initiatives using methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Six Sigma.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to enhance quality performance and reduce defects.
- Manage supplier quality, including supplier audits, performance evaluations, and quality issue resolution.
- Drive a culture of quality excellence by training and coaching employees on quality standards and best practices.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality-related activities, including control plans, PPAP, and APQP.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Q1 standards, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and core automotive quality tools.
- Proven experience in leading audits, supplier quality management, and customer quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in 8D, FMEA, and statistical quality control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
