Job Specification &Responsibilities
1.Human Resources
Full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, orientation and payroll.
Oversee staff attendance, leave applications, employees file and database, all sensitive information of employees and company
Manage the compensation and benefits program: payroll, income tax, insurances, funds, allowances and other related.
Establish and maintain effective training and development system
Develop and maintain Human Resources policies, working rules and practices
To support and coordinate with Japanese expats.
2.General Affair
Oversee office supplies and services such as housekeeping service, stationery, building access card, staff business card, reception, office layout.
Car arrangement - company car permission, car maintenance, parking, passes and gasoline card, car rental and leasing fee and insurance
Make flight and hotel reservations for sales staff who have to work abroad.
Handle visa and work permit matters
Reception and arrangement of guests and visitors such as driver arrangement, hotel reservation, air ticket, etc.
IT supports and office tech- setting e-mail, pc, telephone lines, photocopier, shredding machine, etc.
Control the employee to comply with safety, occupational health and environmental regulations in working according to the specified standards.
Suggesting, solving useful problems in order to make the operation as efficient and effective as possible.
Develop personnel in the unit to be able to work efficiently and effectiveness.
Check the work of all employees to understand the role, their duties as well.
Performance report, problems of the section to the commander.
Growing good conscience in being a part of the organization, working safety, quality teamwork
Any other function that requires by commander.
