Overview:
The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the full hiring process, implementing and managing employee retention programs, and managing employee relations. This role requires the ability to work independently and effectively lead a team of junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hiring Process: (Back Office and Mass Hiring for Outlets)
1. Lead the full cycle of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
2. Employee Retention Programs:
1. Design and implement employee retention programs to enhance staff engagement and reduce turnover.
2. Develop career path frameworks and training programs to support employee development and growth.
3. Organize staff activities and events to foster a positive work environment and strengthen team cohesion.
3. Employee Relations:
1. Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues and concerns.
2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
3. Resolve conflicts and facilitate communication between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
