Senior International Operations Coordinator
บริษัท ยัสปาล จำกัด (มหาชน)- Process and manage payment documentation for non-merchandise categories (travel, shipment, marketing) both in the system (PR, PO) and manually.
- Ensure all payment documentation is accurate, compliant with company policies, and processed in a timely manner.
- Provide backend support for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Assist in troubleshooting, updates, and user support to ensure smooth system operations.
3. Asset Management:
- Support the Fixed Assets team in asset transfer and decommissioning (light-off) processes.
- Maintain accurate records of asset movements and ensure compliance with asset management protocols.
- Coordinate operational processes such as ordering uniforms, handling quality control (QC), and managing the allocation and repacking of items for shipment.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any logistical challenges and ensure efficient workflows.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience: background in operations coordination, procurement, or a related role, ideally within an international or multi-country context.
- Proficiency in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with regional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiar with procurement and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
