• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and repair of computer systems and hardware.
• Software Management: Install and configure software applications and updates.
• User Account Management: Set up new user accounts and profiles, and handle password issues.
• Network Support: Help maintain and troubleshoot network issues.
• Documentation: Document IT support procedures and maintain records of issues and solutions.
• Training: Provide basic training to staff on the use of hardware and software.
• System Checks: Perform routine audits of systems and software to ensure optimal performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related IT field.
• 0-2 years’ experience in troubleshooting basic end-user issues related to workstation, server, network, assets and mobile
• Have basic IT Knowledge: Understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication Skills in Thai and English: Good verbal and written communication skills to assist users effectively
