As an E-commerce Operation Executive for the Thai market, you will play a pivotal role in introducing VELAHOME's luxury and eco-friendly Gokotta bamboo sheets to the region. You will be at the forefront of our online operations, ensuring our e-commerce strategies align with our commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, and are executed flawlessly to achieve our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and manage our online presence on major e-commerce platforms in Thailand, such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, FB: To focuses on the strategic aspect of managing and optimizing the company's presence on e-commerce and social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize listings and marketing strategies to increase product sales: To be more data-driven, emphasizing the use of sales data to refine product listings and marketing efforts for better sales performance.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media campaigns, and promotional plans to increase brand awareness and market share: This responsibility is about crafting and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost the brand's visibility and market share.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction: This involves a broader analysis beyond sales data, looking at market trends, customer behavior, and other performance indicators to inform growth strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
