1. Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct.
2. Ensure that you have been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace.
3. Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules.
4. Control SMT and Facility section to achieve department goal.
5. Develop of SMT & Facility working method to ensure that process need is established, implement and
maintained.
6. Ensure the performance of SMT staffs & Machine are working high efficiency by monitoring and
comparing with GPV stand UPH.
7. Collect and submit section KPI report by monthly with action plan for opportunity improvement.
8. Manage SMT and Facility manpower to meet production requirement.
9. Request Quality Department for assistance to prevent problems / to solve problems / measurement tasks
in order to ensure quality.
10. Suggest to improvements / cost savings and investments.
11. Cleanliness and good housekeeping (7S) in the department.
Authority :
1. To stop production line that is against the working procedures or safety and system.
2. To approve SMT process by refer to working experience.
3. To approve or reject SMT part by refer specification and working experience.
1. Male/Female,
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Management or related field.
3. Experience 1 years in SMT.
4. Strong leadership and team player, Good attitude, logic thinking.
5. Good command for English and Computer skills.
