Planning

1.1 Set and make sure achievement of DA Year Plan

- Quotation for example Standard Quotation

1.2 Set and make sure achievement of DA Budget

- Set Up DA Budget

Implementation

2.1 Follow the DA Plan and Assign to followers

- Assign work to follower for implement

- Always Monitor

2.2 Do Report to Present Top Management

- Sales Value Report

- Gross profit report

2.3 Recheck Price information that receive from other department

- Have a progress to correct different results

2.4 Do Marketing Mark ups to Present Top Management for set up in Quotation Formular Mark up

2.5 Suggestion, Training and Development follower

- Staff Train on Plan

- Recommend appropriate courses to increase staff competency and efficiency

Compleance

3.1 Work as Assigned by VP TD and consider safety

3.2 Follow and Pratice Conpany's Rules, Goal and Quality Policy

- Company Standard ‐ Internal ‐ External

- Follower Behavior

คุณสมบัติ

- Bachelor Degree or up

- At least 2 years of management experiences

- At least 1 Year in Jewelry Business

- Good in Planning and Assigning

- Good attitude and work well under pressure and tight deadlines

- Computer literate

- Good leadership

- Fluent in English and Thai languages
