IT Project Executive and Business Analyst

- Co-ordinate initiative and develop new projects in pipeline with Project Manager
- Co-ordinate to kick off the Projects until project complete as same project timeframe
- Arrangement seminar project as Project Manager assigned
- Setting conference with all of parties to concern with Project Manager
- Booking Hotel and other facilities conference
- Find out new prospects for Ministry Projects to Project Manager
- Upload contract signed agreement in Project file database
- To support/coordinate/sell IT products group products to local clients
- To ensure clients are given clear and accurate information on SGS IT products group
- To ensure that all customer requests and enquiries and handled in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Professionally and positively deal with customers with an ability to suggest / explain products and services to meet client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administrative, business management program and/or related field
- Good command of written and spoken English
- At least 1 years proven experience in project coordinator, project asst. etc,
- Good initiative ideas
- Good planning and development
- Good organizational skills including report writing.
- Logical approach to problem solving.
