Quality Engineer

This Quality Engineer position is focused on ensuring high standards of product quality and compliance throughout the development and production processes. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, across multiple regions, to meet quality objectives and drive continuous improvement. The engineer will also support the development and maintenance of quality management systems and contribute to cost-reduction efforts while monitoring quality metrics.

The key responsibilities include:

• Conducting quality procedures during new product development alongside cross-functional teams.
• Collaborating with design, production, and supply chain teams to meet quality standards.
• Assisting in the development and upkeep of quality management systems and processes.
• Analyzing product quality data and customer feedback for areas of improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company-specific quality standards.
• Providing quality training and support to both internal teams and external suppliers, particularly across international locations.
• Contributing to process optimization and cost reduction projects.
• Reporting quality metrics to the Quality Manager and assisting in preparing related reports.

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a quality engineering or quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills, particularly for working with international teams and fluency in English.
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis, is a plus.
• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Understanding of quality management systems.
• Knowledge of data visualization.
