Industrial Plasters Sales Executive ( Sales Engineer / Technical Sales )

- Track sales progress from inquiry to order closure, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
- Drive growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding customer relationships.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of annual strategic plans.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback for up-to-date area analysis.
- Submit monthly reports, offering insights on market trends, customer performance, and sales opportunities, and share market insights and recommendations for business development during monthly meetings.
- Provide feedback to management on emerging trends and market dynamics to guide strategic decisions.
- Manage key account relationships through effective CRM, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Establish new accounts and expand business opportunities.
- Oversee customer satisfaction surveys and resolve complaints.
- Work with manufacturing teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Collaborate with R&D to develop customer-tailored products based on market trends.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Logistics to ensure smooth order management and fulfillment.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Ceramic Science, Material Science or related fields.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to understand market trends, customer performance, and identify corrective actions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Customer-oriented and service mind.
- Flexible to travel both domestic and international.
- Able to work independently.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, sales technical support, market analysis, or business development, preferably in the industrial sector or similar industry.
