7. Maintain IT security measures to protect the organization's data, systems, infrastructure, software, hardware, and networks.
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related fields
2. Experience with Salesforce CRM, particularly in Sales and Service modules
3. Minimum of 1 year experience working with CRM software platforms, data migration, ERP systems, and API integration
4. Good English communication skills
5. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and customers
