- Assist the sales crew in preparing quotations to present to the customers
- Track quotation and coordinate various matters to close order
- Contact and coordinate with other departments within the company to communicate to relevant departments and understand the content of the work that will occur as agreed upon with the customer
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales summary reports
- Responsible for other tasks as assigned
