- Perform monitoring and audit process of debt management of in-house team and outsource team
- Propose corrective measure and preventive measure to avoid customer complaint, ensure compliance with laws and all related regulations
- Coordinate with the team and other units for problem solving, improvement, and development of works.
- Provide training and/or knowledge sharing to ensure that the related parties have clear understanding of all related matters
- At least Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience in collection, quality control, operation audit
- High responsibility and be able to work under pressure
- High Energetic, Detail- oriented, good problem solving skill
- Good leadership skill and communication skill - communicating with people inside / outside organization to get the job done
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint, good skill in Microsoft Access is preferable
