- To execute daily operations processes and ensure the accurate details from other departments for financial record and conciliation including report preparation and documentation upon request.
- New hire purchase customer booking for new car, used car, refinance, extend term and transfer cont.
- Vehicle cost and commission payment for new car, used car and refinance (Included calculate net payment to customer).
- Correct the system and prepare accounting entry for data correction in case changed finance condition or due date
- Close daily accounts and reconcile daily cash and trial balance and issued all concern document.
- Validation transaction and propose adjustment.
- Validating all documents of Special sales promotion expenses before sending to approve and issue cheque.
- Prepare report for supporting monthly report.
- Prepare and check difference reports between subsidiary company
- Ad hoc required
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting field
- At least 1-9 years working experience in accounting or related fields.
- Able to communicated in English both speaking and writing
- Manual-operation experience is a plus (do the accounting process via Excel)
- Ability to perform multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
