Tax Manager

The Tax Division Manager will ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and contribute to our goal of maintaining financial accuracy at our organization. This position will also oversee all tax-related functions, including filing tax returns, advising the leadership team and managing tax audits. A tax manager should possess a strong background in tax law and regulations, experience managing tax compliance and a passion for providing exceptional tax planning and advice.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations by managing tax filings, accounting processes, and daily tax operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in tax reporting.

• Facilitate and manage the preparation and review of company federal tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.

• Prepare for tax audits, monitor risks, and manage tax risk control to ensure compliance and the security of the company’s tax activities.

• Responsible for preparing calculation of corporate income tax (PND.50, PND.51) and application for corporate income tax exemption (BOI & IBC).

• Prepare monthly business performance reports to submit to the Ministry of Industry. (รง.8)

• Work with Tax advisor for preparation and archiving of the Transfer Pricing documentation.

• Manage and coordinate with local tax authorities to get tax refund.

• Interact with revenue department related to taxation issue.

• Support R&D report relating to Corporate Income Tax calculation.

• Provide advice on tax regulation of Thailand.

• Prepare and submit tax package required by HOYA group.
