Sales Associate (Located at Prachinburi)

Import sale associate is responsible for sales function in importing, which require knowledge of purchasing & sales, delivery control, inventory monitoring, importing process, and documentation. Associate should have skill in negotiation, problem solving, time management and English communication. Working under pressure and having patience is necessary required. Knowledge in oversea documentation would be advantage.

Responsibilities

• Calculate purchasing quantity from customer long term forecast to fulfill customer monthly production
• Monitor customer order fluctuation and adjust purchase quantity to match with customer demand
• Perform purchase order to suppliers as per monthly
• Follow up with the suppliers for delivery schedule to maintain the shipping schedule as plan
  
• Contact Logistics department to proceed Import Customs
• Clearance and inform to Warehouse department about arrival schedule of cargo
• Control purchasing prices and update as per pricing rule
• Control Privilege and import regulation as per require
• Prepare and recheck CBD & Quotation and update to customer
• Receive order from customer and inform to Warehouse
• Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
• Issue tax invoice and get payment from A/R on time
• Receive forecast and important marketing data for Sales budgeting and monthly report

• Inventory control and report in monthly basis
• Operate correspondence with customers/suppliers to solve the problems with short time to be met their satisfaction.
• Perform any statutory and regulatory assignment from leader or authorization person
• Daily problem solving to maintain smooth operation

• Able to work at Prachinburi
• Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or related fields.
• Experienced in Import - Export would be advantage.
• Experience in Automotive business would be advantage
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Good command of English Skill (TOEIC 550+)
• Able to work on some Saturdays (not over 2 days per month depending on company calendar)
