Production Manager (Food Manufacturing)
บริษัท แกลโลไทย จำกัด• Take responsibility for overseeing all aspects of chocolate production, including production processes and activities.
• Maintain workflow by monitoring each step of the process, providing coaching and counseling to ensure productivity, and controlling product quality in accordance with GHP/HACCP/HALAL systems (Hygiene, Critical Control Points, Allergen, Cleaning, etc.).
• Maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring they adhere to established systems, and collaborate with maintenance to follow preventive maintenance programs.
• Foster good communication and cooperation within the production department and with other departments.
• Solve production problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, recommending actions, and communicating with relevant departments.
• Review and monitor staff, processes, productivity, quality, defects, costs, etc.
• Manage staff headcount according to production plans and update headcount weekly.
• Coordinate with supervisors to balance staff headcount with daily plans.
• Review production plans and communicate important information (key points, new items, urgent orders, etc.) to the production team in advance.
• Order necessary equipment to support production.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and conduct a thorough inventory at the end of March.
• Establish timelines and calculate process times for planning purposes (projects).
• Test new packaging and machinery before initiating production (projects).
• Follow up and close non-conformities in the production process.
• Follow up and close quality control/safety audits.
• Address complaints, determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and respond to QC/QA.
• Collaborate with QC/QA on audit activities.
• Review and approve staff leave requests in the system.
• Maintain minutes of meetings.
• Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) at the end of each month.
• Update processing fees for new and existing products.
• Implement new product development (NPD) systems.
• Report production situations and updates to the Factory Manager.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Factory Manager.
• Thai Male or Female aged 35 years old up.
• Bachelor’s degree in food science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food sector, preferably in chocolate making, bakery.
• A good personality and attitude: open-minded, honest, diplomat, precise, team player
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good collaboration, cross-functional and analytical skills

• Fluent in English and Thai
