Regional HR Manager
บริษัท แกลโลไทย จำกัดThe role of Regional Human Resources Manager:
- covers all HR related aspects of 5 legal entities (3 in Thailand and 2 in Myanmar), with a total headcount of approximately 500 people.
- The Regional HR Manager can be based in Bangkok or Wellgrow/Chachoengsao,
- but must plan to work some time from the alternative location.
- The role includes building and maintaining strong policies, processes, systems and teams on talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development and compliance.
- As part of the Regional team, the Regional HR Manager plays a crucial role in the future growth and development of the company.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 10 years in Management Level
• Experience in subsidiary companies' management
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and regulations, additional HR certifications or qualifications are a plus
• At Least 10 years' Experience in talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – to build consensus and velocity in the organisation
• Strong results orientation and ability to motivate and manage teams and organization to deliver on agreed projects and results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and human resources information systems (HRIS)
• Fluent in Thai and English
