หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Role summary :

- Keeping up with ever-evolving technology landscape

- Balancing budgetary constraints and department needs

-Managing security challenges in the age of cyber threats

- Managing network engineers, system administrators, IT governance team and desktop team. This role reports to CTO and collaborate with other departments to ensure IT system meet business requirements.

- Building a Robust IT Infrastructure Team

- Implementation of Change and Configuration Management

- Creation of a Disaster Recovery Plan

- Ensuring Data Privacy and Security

- Developing and Maintaining Vendor Relationships

Role and Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

- Developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business needs and objectives.

- Managing the day to day operational and Projects tasks within the IT Infrastructure team.

- Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness.

- Keeping up to date with advances in technology and industry best practice.

- Managing network architecture, including LANs, WANs, wireless networks, and cloud networks.

- Ensuring hardware and software systems are updated, secure, and reliable.

- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as vendors, regulators, and auditors.

- Maintaining an up-to-date inventory of the organization’s IT assets, including servers, workstations, and software.

- Recommending and implementing IT security solutions to safeguard the organization’s data from cyber threats.

- Assisting the IT department and end-users with technical support and troubleshooting.

- Develop and implement comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of working experience in Lead IT Infrastructure in financial service industry.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Certification in key technology and networking software like VMWare, Cisco, Microsoft, Linux and expertrise in DevSecOps.

- Knowledge and experience with Cloud computing, Virtualization,  Storage management and new DevSecOps  environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, with a focus on process improvement

- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and drive result
