- Provide technical support for FLS, MEP and LP Systems to project development & property management team.
- Conduct pre-opening inspections for FLS, MEP and LP systems to ensure compliance with design standards and quality requirements.
- Research and stay updated on new, advanced, energy-efficient, and sustainable technologies related to MEP and FLS systems.
- Collaborate with the Energy Management Manager to review energy-efficient solutions for design, construction, operation, and maintenance, as advised by the Energy Consultant.
- Work with the Sustainability Manager to review environmental sustainability solutions in design, construction, operation, and maintenance, as advised by the Sustainability Consultant.
- Write detailed reports of evaluations, summarizing findings and presenting them, as well as providing the recommendations for execution & implementation to management level.
- Other tasks as delegated/assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of design experience for high-rise and/or extra-large buildings in the following: Electrical & Communication Systems Fire Alarm Systems and other systems relevant to FLS scope Loss Prevention Systems Building Automation Systems HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection Systems, or Multi-disciplinary Systems are advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a design team for FLS & MEP systems in high-rise and/or extra-large buildings (experience with recognized hotel chains is an advantage).
- Competent Skills in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Competent Skills in English.
- Strong analytical, critical, and systematic thinking skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
- Competent project management, team leadership, and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks& competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced/dynamic environment
