Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Management & Strategy
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, ensuring targets are met.
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize product offerings.
Drive promotional campaigns and in-store events to increase foot traffic and sales.
2. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
Ensure exceptional customer service and a personalized luxury shopping experience.
Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and high-net-worth customers.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to enhance brand reputation.
Train the sales team on customer engagement, storytelling, and luxury sales techniques.
3. Store Operations & Inventory Management
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient retail environment.
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation according to brand guidelines.
Implement security measures to protect high-value jewelry assets.
4. Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and product knowledge.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
Motivate staff through incentive programs and recognition initiatives.
Foster a positive and professional work environment that aligns with company values.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and luxury retail standards.
Work closely with the marketing team to align store activities with brand positioning.
