Assistant Product Development Manager (Machine)

-Research and identify new coffee machines / equipment / products opportunities in the market

-Determine and evaluate market trends by analysing from statistical data and technical data in terms of new products opportunities with collaboration of related teams or parties

-Execute, monitor, and evaluate outcomes of new product development along its cycle

-Provide supervision, suggestion, and support to the team members

-Working hand-in-hand with both internal and external stakeholders along the product development life-cycle

-Develop, maintain, and foster business relationship with business partners, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders

-Be a focal point of contact for suppliers

 • Age preferably 28-45 years    

 • Bachelor’s degree in any field

• At least 5 years of experience in Product development, public relations, or creating brand image

• Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet

• Enjoys learning new things in the field of digital marketing or online marketing technology

• Communicates well in English (TOEIC 700)

• Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Possesses skills for statistical data analysis and data-based planning, development and improvement of marketing strategy

• Experience with coffee machines or importing coffee machines will be given special consideration.
