Pre-estimating work complexity; prioritizing tasks and projects, and planning resource.
Task assignment, test scope brief, coaching, monitoring, solving problems for QA/testers
Evaluating and reporting team performance
Analyze testing scope and come up with appropriate test scenarios
Designing manual and/or automated test procedures to evaluate each software product
Lead and running test programs to ensure that testing protocols evaluate the software correctly
Completing final tests and creating test reports
Presenting test reports to management and suggesting software fixes
Collaborates with BA, developers, PM, users, vendors, and related team
5+ years in SoftwareTesting and Quality Assurance
Have experience for testingdesktop application, web application, mobile application, and API
Familiar with AS/400 technology is a plus
In-depth knowledge of program testing software
Able to understand complex business scenarios
Having insurance knowledge is a plus
Familiar with team management routines e.g., resource allocation, coaching, etc.
Good command in writing test case, test script, test scenario
