HR Admin
บริษัท โอค์คามิ จำกัด- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for job openings to meet business needs.
- Perform effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
- Help with employee onboarding.
- Follow up on performance review procedures which have been put in place.
- Be available to explain our HR policies and ensure employees understand.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Manage employees’ grievances.
- Use the company's online HR portal to track and incentivize employees.
- Measure employee retention, turnover rates & overall happiness
- Organize office events and trips.
- Keep track of employee birthdays and work anniversaries.
- updating relevant reports and keeping track of relevant deadlines
- Handles procurement of office supplies
- Liaise with building management, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the facilities within the office, office equipment, and furniture are well-maintained.
- Provide general support to visitors / external parties.
- Other HR & Admin related duties, as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator
- Age 22-35 years old, at least 2–3 years of admin or HR working experience.
- Familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems and the Applicant Tracking System
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
- Demonstrate leadership skills.
- a curious spirit looking to learn.
- Good organization, attention to detail, good time management, and taking initiative
- Strong command of English and Thai written and oral communication skills or a TOEIC score would be an advantage.
