Customer Solutions Advisor
บริษัท โอค์คามิ จำกัดWorking with OKKAMI clients to collect and enter in text and image based content in order to design menus for mobile. Content from hotels will be submitted in PDF, Word and standard image formats. As Content manager your job is to organize all of the information being submitted and enter it into the OKKAMI Content Management System (CMS). It’s the best way to be able to help design mobile applications without learning any code. Training will be provided onsite. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, written skills, verbal communication and be able to make decisions quickly in consultation with team members and subject matter experts.
- Following up with customers and information needed to configure hotel menus.
- Gathering feedback from clients on how to make the system better.
- Interact with customers via email, phone and skype to discuss their information.
- Help to log issues reported by customers in the Company's event tracking system.
- Monitor customer performance and make recommendations on how to increase stats
- Updating online help documentation based on resolved issues
- Performing content QA and product reviews
●Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Industry Managerment, Hotel & Tourism or related field.
- TOEIC score of 650 or above (Listening: 300, Reading: 350)
● Fluent English skills verbal and written
● Ability to understand and communicate effectively with both native and English as a second language speakers over phone
● Good customer service mindset
● Comfortable with using computers and various different types of communication software
● Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, Word, Excel, Power Point.
